Never Again. Most recent trip, decided to stayed in Bally's. It was awful. We reserve 2 rooms, and both don't have a towel We reserve 2 rooms, and both don't have a towel ready.
They do have face towel, but the big ones, you have to request. We requested towels for both room, but they only send to one. We called 3 times to the guess services, and they kept promising to bring it. They never did.
Unfortunately the 10 mins turned to hours, still no towel. We have a show to catch up so we ask if they could just leave the towels at the door. WE came back, no towels.

How hard it is to get service in this place. I stayed 3 days, end up buying towels at the South Vegas Outlet.
Great rooms. The rooms were excellent. Lots of towels, clean and cool. I would not book again if I had known or return for safety reasons as there were not enough staff dedicated to safety.

Even employees working in food court has no masks or masks under there noses. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Everything went well, except our room never got cleaned while we were there 3 days. Service was requested at check in. May be due to pandemic but why ask if it's not going to get done. First time First time this happens, so not too worried. No service, no towels, worst hotel stay ever. I am so angry, I am paying a resort fee for something.
No one answers or helps.
